The new forecast is one month earlier than the date of February 23, 2028, previously recorded in the system. The estimate had already changed from April to February and, before that, from June to April 2028.
The reason for the successive anticipations, however, was not disclosed. The expected release date is included in the federal prison registry.
The producer and rapper was sentenced to 50 months in prison in October 2025 on two counts of prostitution. He is serving his sentence at FCI Fort Dix, a federal prison in New Jersey, in the United States.
Diddy was placed in solitary confinement after an altercation with another inmate.
