Despite the similar name, Emilly is not the winner of BBB 17, which also has the same name, something that generated confusion among Brito's followers when he announced their relationship.
The influencer is from Bahia and has around 171 thousand followers on Instagram. Their content focuses especially on their lifestyle, publishing images of their look and makeup, often in partnership with beauty salons and clothing stores.
She also records some of her trips and outings and occasionally posts images of her two children. After the beginning of their relationship with Brito, they both began to publish photos together in collaboration, including the photo in which the official marriage was announced, published on both profiles.
Their union was not without controversy. After the announcement, the ex-BBB's mother, Elisângela Brito, cried in a live broadcast on TikTok when she said that she found out about the marriage on social media. Despite this, he later declared, in a post, that he wishes success and happiness for both of them.
Brito's sister also made a statement on social media, asking people not to spread rumors that she did not approve of their marriage and to leave her "in peace".
