Military police officers from the Mobile Tactical Ostensive Patrol Battalion (Rotam) arrested, this Tuesday (21.7), a couple and apprehended a 16-year-old teenager, suspected of drug trafficking, in Cuiabá. In the action, the teams collected 85 portions of drugs, R$1,800 in cash and other materials used to prepare the drugs.

During tactical patrolling in the São Matheus neighborhood, the military caught a man on a balcony throwing an alleged quantity of drugs at another suspect who was waiting on the street on a bicycle.

After receiving the material, the man tried to flee, but was approached nearby. With him, the police found a portion of a substance similar to marijuana and R$80 in cash.

Then, the team moved to the residence from where the drug had been released. At the scene, the police approached the second suspect as he tried to escape by jumping over the wall of the house, carrying a bag containing portions of a substance similar to marijuana.

During the search of the property, the military located a woman who was helping to prepare the drugs. At the scene, the military found five cell phones, two precision scales and plastic insulation. The suspects were taken to the police station to file a police report.
