According to information published by the British press, including The Sun and The Independent newspapers, the couple started dating in 2022, a few months after the end of Tuchel's marriage to journalist Sissi, with whom he stayed for 13 years and had two daughters.
Since then, the coach has kept his personal life away from exposure, a behavior he has followed since his time in charge of major European clubs.
Natalie Max is 38 years old, lives in the United Kingdom and has worked for more than a decade as director of Natexo, a marketing consultancy company with operations in nine countries, including Brazil. Mother of two children from a previous relationship, she also maintains a private profile and does not maintain public accounts on the internet.
The relationship began precisely during the period when Tuchel was coaching Chelsea. According to The Independent, the new phase of the coach's personal life was even discussed behind the scenes at the London club.
Shortly after they began dating, the two were photographed during a vacation in Sardinia, Italy, aboard a private yacht.
