FGV opens registrations for the 2027 entrance exam with 1,598 vacancies

In addition to the entrance exam itself, candidates can compete for vacancies using different entry methods, such as using their Enem score and the results of international exams, including IB, Abitur, BAC and SAT.

The institution also offers the social demand and diversity modality, aimed at administration and public administration courses (FGV EPPG and FGV EAESP) and law (FGV Direito SP). Students who have studied high school in a public school or private school with a full scholarship can compete, as well as self-declared black, mixed-race or indigenous candidates.

Another possibility is entry through the knowledge olympiads, available for economics (FGV EESP) and administration and public administration (FGV EPPG) courses.

Registration must be done via the institution's website. For the entrance exam itself, the deadline is September 16th.

Candidates who choose to enter via international exams or the knowledge olympiads will be able to register until December 18th. Registration for those who intend to use their Enem score remains open until January 8, 2027.

RATE

The registration fee is R$275 for most courses and entry types. For candidates who use their Enem score, the fee is R$135, except for courses at law and economics schools in São Paulo, which maintain the fee of R$275 regardless of the form of entry.

The fee exemption can be requested by students who attended high school in the public network and by students from private schools who have received a full scholarship due to socioeconomic criteria. To do this, documentation must be attached directly at the time of registration.

TESTS

The entrance exams will be held in 27 cities in different regions of the country. At the time of registration, if the candidate chooses to take the test outside the city where the course is taught (Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo or Brasília), they must select three test location options, including the course's host city.

The tests will be administered on October 18th and 19th. On Sunday, the 18th, the exams take place in two shifts: in the morning (8am to 11:30am, doors closed at 7:30am) and in the afternoon (2:30pm to 6pm, doors closed at 2pm), Brasília time. The second day of the test, on October 19th, takes place in the morning and is exclusive to law and economics candidates in São Paulo.

According to the institution, the official answer sheet for the objective tests will be published on October 21st, and the list of successful candidates on November 9th, starting at 2pm, on the FGV website.

VACANCIES AND COURSES

In total, the selection process offers 1,598 vacancies.

São Paulo - 796 vacancies for business administration, public administration, law, economics and international relations.

Rio de Janeiro - 628 vacancies in two units: - Botafogo Campus: digital communication, social sciences, law, economic sciences, applied mathematics, data science and artificial intelligence and administration - Barra da Tijuca Campus - administration. Brasilia - 166 vacancies for business administration and public administration.

SCHOLARSHIPS

The academic year will begin on February 1, 2027. According to the institution, there are different types of scholarships, both full and partial.

Options include scholarships based on academic merit, aid based on social demand based on socioeconomic analysis, reimbursable financing and the "Talent Selection Program", aimed at students from public schools identified by OBMEP (Brazilian Public School Mathematics Olympiad) for courses offered in Rio de Janeiro. Interested parties must request the benefit and send documentation between November 9th and 13th.
