According to the decision, the statements from the president of the PL, Valdemar Costa Neto, and the president of the PSD, Gilberto Kassab, will be sent to the PF, which must take the appropriate measures.
"I consider it relevant that such information be brought to the attention of the Federal Police, with a view to carrying out appropriate investigations within the scope of its competence, including so that a better analysis of existing practices is possible", decided the minister.

Last week, Dino ordered 21 parties to send explanations to the Supreme Court about the management of the amendments.
The measure was determined after the minister blocked R$119 million in assets that are in the name of the PL president. The decision was an outcome of Operation Transparency, in which the PF investigates deviations from amendments.
In the decision, Dino pointed out the suspicion that Valdemar may have made irregular indications of amendments even without a mandate. Valdemar is a former federal deputy.
After demanding explanations, Valdemar and Kassab were the first to send their statements.
Kassab said he has no influence on the nomination of parliamentary amendments:
"At no time in the entire period of existence of the Social Democratic Party was there even a mention of the possibility of the petitioner exerting influence on the allocation of parliamentary amendments," he declared.
In turn, Valdemar said that he does not have quotas on amendments and does not make formal indications of amendments or order the execution of expenses.
"The national president of the Liberal Party does not have a quota, reserve, title, property, assignment or legal mechanism for allocating parliamentary amendments. He does not present an amendment, does not make formal appointments, does not deliberate by the bench or by the commission and does not order the execution of the expenditure", he stated.
In the decision in which he ordered the blocking of Valdemar Costa Neto's assets, Dino highlighted that the former deputy does not have the right to indicate amendments.
