In one of them, it states that the road is uneven and poses a risk to vehicles passing through the area. "Everything falling. The avenue is sinking", says the man during the video. The resident also says that a new hole appeared after the start of services on the avenue. According to him, the problems affect the circulation of buses and other vehicles. The author of the video states that work on the avenue began more than a month ago. He criticizes the quality of services and says that he does not see significant advances at the location. In the recording, the resident demands action from those responsible for the work and warns of the risk of further sinking on the track. In a statement, the Municipal Department of Public Works and Services (Semosp) reported that the sinking was caused by the loss of material under the track, due to the volume of rain recorded during the day. Semosp reported that on-site services continue to be carried out. According to the secretariat, a technical team was sent to Avenida Principal to correct the soil and the structure of the road.
