Sesc Winter Festival 2026 arrives in the region this Friday Reproduction/ With shows, plays, circuses and various other cultural activities, the Sesc Winter Festival arrives in the region this Friday (17). The action takes place in Miguel Pereira (RJ), Penedo (RJ), Porto Real (RJ), Rio das Flores (RJ), Três Rios (RJ), Valença (RJ), Vassouras (RJ) and Visconde de Mauá (RJ). Entrance is free and in some cities, admission is solidarity.
