The selection of beneficiaries will follow the criteria of municipal legislation and the MCMV program, established by the Ministry of Cities. The main requirements are: have an updated registration with CadÚnico, have not previously benefited from federal government housing programs, do not own your own property, have a family income of up to R$3,200 and have been a resident of Salgueiro for at least two years.
