On Wednesday, around 130 volunteers will participate in cutting and distributing the mortadella to the public. The food is produced and distributed by MBRF, one of the largest food companies in the world, formed by the merger between Marfrig and BRF. The company owns brands such as Sadia, which was born in Concórdia more than 80 years ago and has followed the city's development, whose Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is around R$5.5 billion, according to the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE).
