Three bands will compete for the chance to perform on the João Rock stage, the main stage of the festival, on August 1st. Four MCs from Ribeirão Preto were classified in the eliminatory stages held in recent weeks. The winner guarantees a place in Batalha da Aldeia, one of the main improvised rhyming competitions in the country, which is part of João Rock's programming. On the day of the event, the chosen one will compete with Big Mike, Japa, 2025 national champion, and Levinsk, two-time BDA champion in the event. The final will feature Bob 13 and Alva, official presenters of the competition. In addition to the competitions, the night will feature a show by the band Big Heads and performances by DJs Caio, Enzo The Dude and Vila. Battle of Rhymes on the main stage of João Rock 2024 in Ribeirão Preto, SP Igor do Vale/g1 Service The finals this Saturday will take place at the Art House and tickets cost R$20. According to the organization, the first 150 people to arrive at the venue and present their João Rock ticket will have free entry. Throughout the night, the festival will also promote dynamics that will distribute invitations to the 2026 edition. It's a chance to check out João Rock on the 1st as tickets are sold out.
