In total, 300 free places are offered. Candidates can choose between competing based on their average high school transcript (last year's Portuguese and Mathematics grades) or based on their score from the National High School Exam (Enem), using the results of a single edition between 2021 and 2025. The notice allocates 150 places for the Technology in Systems Analysis and Development (ADS) course. The training will last two and a half years, with support centers in the cities of Afrânio, Cedro, Floresta, Garanhuns and São José do Egypt. The other 150 vacancies are for the Logistics Technology course. The duration will be two years, with support hubs in Afrânio, Petrolina, Floresta, Garanhuns and Santa Cruz do Capibaribe. Students must have access to a computer with a stable internet connection to carry out academic activities in the virtual learning environment. Furthermore, the courses require mandatory face-to-face meetings, scheduled at support centers for assessments, seminars and laboratories. These activities generally take place on Saturdays and Sundays. The result of the selection process must be published on August 20th on the IFSertãoPE Distance Education Portal.
