Alongside her family, Lídia Souza de Lima continues the legacy started by her father, preserving the partnership built with the cooperative since the beginning of this journey. Assessoria/Credisis Since the beginning of the 2000s, Lídia Souza de Lima's family transformed a dream into a company that today has become a reference in the nautical segment in Rio Branco, Acre. Founded by the businesswoman's father, Riorina followed the growth of the capital of Acre and consolidated its operations, having, since its early years, relied on its partner CrediSIS CapitalCredi, which was also taking its first steps in the region. Throughout this trajectory, the cooperative was present at different moments in the company, offering solutions that contributed to new investments and helped to face challenges. The story between the family and the cooperative began when the company was still being structured. Encouraged by a friend, Lídia's father decided to become a member of the cooperative. At the time, the business was just starting and resources were limited, which made it difficult to even pay the capital contribution. The cooperative understood that moment and allowed a deadline for the contribution to be made, allowing the partnership to begin. More than two decades later, this relationship remains alive and spans generations. Now part-owner of the company, Lídia grew up accompanying her father on visits to the cooperative and witnessed up close how that relationship evolved over the years. "My relationship with CrediSIS CapitalCredi began when I was still a child. I followed my father and saw the opportunities that arose, the friendships that were built and the way he led this partnership. This awakened in me the desire to continue this legacy and grow together with the cooperative", he recalled. As the company expanded, new demands for working capital and investments also emerged. At different times, the cooperative offered solutions that allowed Riorina to expand purchasing capacity, strengthen inventory and take advantage of important commercial opportunities for business growth. One of these experiences happened through the corporate corporate card. By identifying an advantageous negotiation with one of the main suppliers, the company was able to pay the purchase in four installments, without interest, a strategy that made it possible to expand the stock, increase sales and strengthen cash flow. With planning and support from the cooperative, Riorina expanded its investment capacity and strengthened the company's growth over the years. Assessoria/Credisis "We use the business card as a management tool. We were able to make an important purchase, in installments and interest-free, increasing our stock. Before we even finished paying the installments, practically all the merchandise had already been sold. This improved our cash flow, allowed us to replace products and expanded our capacity to invest", explained Lídia. The partnership built over the years also made a difference in unexpected moments. After the company's physical card was cloned during a purchase, the family immediately contacted the cooperative's call center, which blocked the card and began the process of disputing the transactions over the weekend. The following Monday, the CrediSIS CapitalCredi team got in touch to follow up on the case and provided a provisional card so that the company could continue operating normally while the process was completed. Furthermore, it advised the use of temporary virtual cards and cards intended for recurring purchases, tools that offer greater security in electronic transactions. "From the first moment we felt assisted. The blockade was immediate, the dispute began quickly and the team got in touch to monitor the entire situation. We received a provisional card and guidance to increase our security when shopping. This further strengthened the trust we have in the cooperative", he stated. For the Operational Analyst at CrediSIS CapitalCredi, Ellen de Oliveira Campos, Riorina's trajectory represents the purpose of cooperativism, which seeks to build lasting relationships and understand the reality of each member to offer solutions aligned to the needs of each enterprise. "We have followed Riorina's evolution, practically since the beginning of its history. Our commitment is to be present at each stage of this journey, offering financial solutions, close service and support so that the member has the security to grow, invest and overcome the challenges that arise along the way", highlighted Ellen. More than providing credit or financial services, cooperativism builds relationships of trust capable of spanning generations. The story of Lídia's family shows that large companies do not grow only through good business decisions, but also through partnerships built with those who believe in their projects from the very first steps.
