Virginia buys apartment in 'Neymar's building' and will be Bruna Biancardi's neighbor after controversy

The influencer purchased an apartment located above the player's unit, information confirmed by the company responsible for the building to G1. The acquisition also draws attention because it physically brings Virginia closer to Bruna Biancardi, with whom she has had a public exchange of barbs in recent months.

Scheduled to be delivered in December 2028, Edify One faces Meia Praia and is part of one of the most valued real estate markets in the country. According to the FipeZap Index, Itapema surpassed Balneário Camboriú in June and became the most expensive square meter in Brazil.

Although the amount disbursed by Virginia was not disclosed, a similar unit is announced for more than R$20 million.

The influencer's apartment will occupy an entire floor, with just over 400 square meters of private area, five suites, elevators with direct access to the property and space for employees.

The development brings together apartments measuring up to 966 square meters and leisure areas that include an infinity pool facing the sea, spa, gym, pub, wine room, pet space and security system with artificial intelligence. The triplex coverage, distributed between the last three floors, is valued at around R$50.8 million.

The building earned the nickname "Neymar's building" because the striker's company owns the land and is a partner in the construction company responsible for the work.

The player visited the construction site in 2024 and follows the progress of the project, which has already exceeded 40 floors built. According to Edify, the structure has already received more than 14 thousand cubic meters of concrete, a stage considered one of the main construction milestones.

The purchase of the property also reignites the repercussions on the relationship between Virginia and Bruna Biancardi. In June last year, the influencer, then separated from Zé Felipe, called Neymar during the early hours of the morning to confirm her participation in the Neymar Institute auction. The episode displeased Biancardi. An uneasiness between the two was created.

Days later, Virginia stated that the call was exclusively professional in nature and apologized for what happened. Bruna, however, responded on social media and stated that the problem went beyond that episode.

"I don't solve my problems on the internet, much less in interviews. It wasn't an isolated stance. She has already shown that she doesn't have attitude and manners with me, even inside my house", said Bruna at the time.
