Influencer Nick Frazão is arrested in a luxury house in Rio

The arrest was carried out by civil police officers from the 17th DP, with the support of agents from the Praça Seca and Inhaúma police stations. According to the Civil Police, intelligence teams located Nicolly at the property and found a blue Hyundai Creta, model 2022, at the scene.

The vehicle has characteristics similar to those of a car cited in two investigations conducted by the 17th DP. Inside the car, agents seized a knife, pepper spray, a retractable baton and a Barbie-themed baseball bat.

The investigation that led to the arrest began after a person reported being robbed during a contracted meeting in the Rua Ceará region. According to the report, the victim got into a blue Hyundai Creta, but decided to interrupt the program when he realized that the situation was different from what was agreed.

The victim claimed to have been attacked, forcibly removed from the vehicle and robbed. A gold chain valued at approximately R$14,000 was reportedly taken during the action.

According to the police, the person recognized Nicolly through a photograph and identified the influencer's profile on social media. Investigators also pointed out similarities between the episode and another case under investigation involving robberies near Quinta da Boa Vista.

Nick Frazão has more than 100 thousand followers on Instagram, where he posts records of parties, boxes, events and national and international trips. Among the destinations shown are Fortaleza, Balneário Camboriú, Bahia, Foz do Iguaçu, Dubai, Paris, England and the Maldives.

The influencer also hosts the PodTmais+ podcast, focused on topics related to the transgender population, and manages an entertainment page on social media.

Nicolly's name has appeared in police investigations since 2011. That year, before her gender transition, she was arrested in the act on suspicion of stealing from a tourist in Copacabana, in the South Zone of Rio.

In 2013, she was accused of attacking a man in Arcos da Lapa, stealing a cord and injuring him with a box cutter. According to the incident record, the cuts required around 70 stitches.

The following year, she began to be investigated for the crimes of ruffianism and favoring prostitution. Still in 2014, she was arrested in Guarulhos, in São Paulo, after the Rio Court issued an arrest warrant.

In 2019, Nicolly was once again investigated after a robbery on Avenida Mem de Sá ended with one victim hospitalized, after suffering a knife blow to the face.

Another record, made in 2023, revealed suspicions of threat and bodily harm. The victim told the police that she was being persecuted by the influencer and stated that Nicolly controlled the prostitution of trans women in Campo Grande, in the West Zone.

At the time, Nick allegedly used pepper spray against the victim and ordered her to no longer frequent the neighborhood's sidewalk.

In 2024, the influencer was arrested by the Specialized Weapons and Explosives Police Station in a case related to robbery. The case ended up being archived the following year.

After the new arrest, Nicolly was taken to the 17th DP. The Civil Police reported that investigations are continuing to verify whether she participated in other crimes carried out in a similar manner.
