A group of three women specialized in robbing pharmacies was arrested in the act, last Sunday (2), by the Civil Police of the Federal District (PCDF), in an operation carried out by the Robbery and Theft Division of the Coordination for the Repression of Crimes against Property (Corpatri).

It is estimated that in each robbery, the suspects took around 4 thousand reais worth of products, revealed 'Metrópoles'.
The women, aged 20, 24 and 29, were identified through images from security cameras, which captured the moments of the crimes in various circumstances (you can see the images in the gallery above).
The trio worked weekly and followed a pattern that was identified by investigators: each of the women entered the establishment alone, to simulate the lack of connections between them and after the thefts, which took place within a few minutes, they left the establishment at the same moment. They also resorted to rented cars.
The arrests were made after an attempted robbery at a pharmacy. The agents were able to locate in the car that they used various hygiene products and dermocosmetics, valued at more than 5 thousand reais.
The PCDF is investigating to find out how far the theft network may have reached and how many other pharmacies may have been victims of the group.
