Anitta will suspend alcohol sales on tour to promote meditation, yoga and self-care

The dynamic will be adopted in all cities where the "Equilibrivm Tour" passes. The tour debuts on August 1st, in Porto Alegre.

Between 2pm and 4:30pm, the public will be able to participate in activities such as meditation, yoga, massages, breathing practices (breathwork), sound healing, circular dancing and healing circles. Experiences linked to self-knowledge will also be available, such as tarot readings, numerology and astral charts.

The actions will take place in a space called Vila Equilibrivm, created to expand the public's experience beyond the musical spectacle. The program will be adapted in each city, bringing together invited professionals and different practices aimed at caring for the body and mind.

The activities are curated by Virada Zen, a festival dedicated to self-knowledge, health and well-being. According to the organization, the proposal is to democratize access to practices that promote physical, mental and spiritual balance.

In a statement released by the team, Anitta stated that the project reflects a personal moment she lived.

Mariana Amaral, creator of Virada Zen, stated that the partnership takes the work developed by the festival to an even larger audience. According to her, for more than ten years the movement has brought together professionals who offer free activities related to self-knowledge and mental health, and participating in Anitta's tour reinforces the importance of self-care.

After the premiere in Porto Alegre, the tour will pass through São Paulo, Fortaleza, Niterói and other cities. In all of them, the wellness program will precede the musical performance.
