"Eloise always asked to play with Eloah's cars and I said they were in storage, but that we were going to ask her sister. But, the day before yesterday, she asked in a different way, as her sister asked. So I took the cars and she asked: 'where's sis?'. I said I was going to get the photo", reported the mother. The mother also explains that the youngest girl made a point of choosing which photograph would be part of that moment. "She didn't want the first photo, because that photo is our 'good morning'. This affection has been a current", he declared. Daughter Eloah died in 2025, after complications from pneumonia in Manaus. The child was admitted at the time, but died in the hospital. The condition worsened in the early hours of the following morning. According to her mother, the girl woke up vomiting blood at around 6 am, at which point the family decided to rush her to the emergency room. Upon arriving at the health unit, Eloah already showed clear signs of prostration, pallor and change in breathing. Medical examinations found extensive pneumonia that had compromised most of the child's right lung. "She needed to be intubated and, after that, she was transferred to the ICU. We left the hospital, went home and, about an hour later, around 9am, we received a call from social assistance. This was the call we didn't want to receive", said the mother, emotionally.
