According to the approved document, "Legendários" adopts "pragmatic, neo-Pentecostal and experiential" methodologies that go against the principles of the Holy Scriptures and the organization of the church. The guidance responds to an internal consultation initiated by members of the church in Tocantins, who demanded an official and rigid position against the expansion of the movement in local communities. ? In addition to physical deprivation, the opinion approved at the council criticized the commodification of faith and secrecy in relation to the group's activities.
