The three, who were of legal age when the crime occurred, are identified as participants in an ambush, the so-called "crime court" and the execution of the victim, according to police. According to the Civil Police, the victim had been "accused" by the suspects of informing the Military Police of the location of a man linked to a criminal group. The Civil Police reported that they identified everyone involved in the crime. During investigations, two suspects identified as direct participants in the homicide died under different circumstances. The others investigated were indicted, two teenagers at the time of the events and three adults. After being located, they were taken to the police station for the usual procedures and then sent to the prison system, where they remain at the disposal of the Justice.
