During the inspection, the police also found two dogs, one of a mixed breed and a bulldog, held by chains and ropes tied directly to the neck, without appropriate collars. According to the police, the animals were in an unhealthy environment, without sufficient water and food and without adequate shelter. A veterinarian who monitored the incident carried out a clinical examination and confirmed the situation of mistreatment. In addition to the dogs, six roosters with spurs cut off were found, showing mutilation and signs of handling incompatible with animal protection legislation.
