According to the lawsuit, in 2019, they accessed a Dropbox account belonging to the singer's photographer, and the following year, they hacked into a music producer's mobile device, obtaining unreleased songs by Ariana Grande. The artist's lawyers did not name any specific person and highlighted that the legal action aims to "discover the identities of these unscrupulous people".
