During the preservation of the scene, the military discovered that the vehicle had a hole caused by a gunshot in the driver's side door. The victim had several puncture wounds to the head, as well as a gunshot wound to the back. The police also found that he was wearing an electronic ankle bracelet.
Witnesses informed the Military Police that two men, dressed in black clothes and wearing hoods, arrived on a Honda Biz motorcycle. After disembarking, they approached the victim and fired several firearms. They then fled along Mamoré Street, taking an unknown direction.
The area was isolated until the arrival of Civil Police and Politec teams, who carried out forensic procedures. A cell phone was found in the victim's waist and handed over to Civil Police investigators to assist in the investigation.
The body was sent to the Legal Medical Institute (IML) for autopsy examination. The Civil Police are investigating the authorship and motivation for the homicide.
