PF denies being the source of the audio leak of Flávio charging Vorcaro

The letter was sent this Tuesday (21) to the Chamber of Deputies in response to a request. Federal deputy José Medeiros (PL-MT) sent a series of questions to the Federal Police regarding the audio. The parliamentarian asked about the secrecy classification assigned to the material, dates on which the content entered the records and who is authorized to access it.

Flávio's audio for Vorcaro was revealed by the website Intercept Brasil and confirmed by UOL. In the recording, the pre-candidate charges the owner of the Master bank for the late installments of a payment of US$24 million (R$134 million) to finance the film "Dark Horse" (The Underdog), which will tell the story of his father, former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL). The report pointed out that at least US$10.6 million would have been paid between February and May 2025.

Initially, the senator denied the conversation, but later confirmed negotiations with a banker. The payments would have been arranged by Vorcaro with his brother-in-law, Fabiano Zettel, also accused of involvement in the bank's irregularities. Zettel was the largest individual donor to Bolsonaro's re-election campaign in 2022.

Not all questions were answered by the PF. According to the corporation, data such as access records, system logs, audits, among others, "are protected by legal, judicial and/or strategic institutional security secrecy".

The PF stated that it follows protocols to protect confidential information. "Possible administrative or correctional measures will be adopted if concrete elements are found that indicate possible functional irregularity", says an excerpt from the letter signed by the chief of staff of the general directorate, Bianca Rondineli.

The audio case opened one of the main crises of Flávio's pre-campaign. In one of the most recent episodes, the ICL Notícias portal revealed a photo of the pre-candidate alongside Luiz Phillipi Machado de Moraes Mourão, known as Sicário, suspected of acting as head of Vorcaro's private militia.
