In the 1st round simulation, the PT member registered 40% compared to 34% for the son of former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL). In the latest survey, released on June 29, Lula had an 8 percentage point (pp) advantage over Flávio: 42% to 34%.
The former governor of Goiás Ronaldo Caiado (PSD) appears in third place, with 5%, technically tied with the activist Renan Santos (Missão) and the former governor of Minas Gerais Romeu Zema (Novo), who register 4% each.
Former minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) Joaquim Barbosa (DC) has 2%, the same percentage as Augusto Cury (Avante). Federal deputy Aécio Neves (PSDB) reaches 1%, while Cabo Daciolo (Mobiliza) did not score. White, null or none add up to 6%. Voters who don't know are 3%.
Voting decision
Among voters who have already chosen a presidential candidate, 70% say that their vote has been decided and should not change until October. Another 29% say they can still change candidates, while 1% did not know how to answer.
Nexus interviewed 2,003 respondents, aged 16 and over, by telephone, from July 10th to 12th. The margin of error is 2 p.p., plus or minus, with a 95% confidence level. The research is registered with the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) under code BR-07981/2026.
