According to her, the collection began when a fan commented that her son had lost one of his baby teeth, which led the artist to ask if she could keep it. Kesha says she also keeps a few jars of teeth around the house and has turned some of them into accessories, like crowns and belts, adding that her collection "scares straight men."
After being questioned by the presenters, the singer explained that they would probably be thrown away and invited listeners to send them to her. "This isn't a joke, I'm a pop star and I need your teeth," he said.
While appearing on the Call Her Daddy podcast in May, Kesha also commented that she had saved her cats' teeth when they needed to be removed.
