According to the artist's defense, the relationship was marked by physical attacks, psychological shocks, attacks on honor and property losses. The incident report was registered with the Civil Police of Ceará.
Lawyer Dayane Carvalho, responsible for representing Danieze, stated that the decision to seek legal protection came after a prolonged period of suffering.
“The decision to seek protection was taken after a long period of suffering and represents, above all, the exercise of a right guaranteed to every woman who finds herself in a situation of violence,” he declared.
With the elements presented by the defense, the Court granted measures to protect the singer's safety and emotional integrity.
Danieze spoke publicly about the case on Saturday (4), in videos published on social media. The artist said she was physically well, but acknowledged that she still faces the psychological impacts of the situation.
"I'm fine physically. Psychologically I'm not yet, but I'm going to stay. I'm having support from my family, friends and people I never imagined would be by my side", he stated.
Despite being shaken, the singer indicated that she intends to resume her career soon. For her, returning to the stage is also part of the reconstruction process.
"I'll soon be back on stage, because this is part of my life, it's what moves me, it's my work. I'll come back much stronger than before", he said.
The presentation schedule scheduled for this weekend has been suspended due to medical and psychological advice. According to the legal team, the pause aims to preserve the artist's health, safety and well-being.
