On stage, Ariana stated that the announcement was not made on impulse or in response to recent events. According to her, the departure had been planned privately for a long time.
"The announcement made yesterday was not something reactive or impulsive. It is something that I decided to plan", he declared.
The artist also denied that external pressure or negativity had compromised her relationship with her work and with the public.
“No matter what noises there are out there, nothing will be able to distort my reality or be more, or less, real to me than this love we share,” he said.
When talking about the current series of performances, Ariana classified the “Eternal Sunshine Tour” as one of the most memorable experiences of her life.
“It was one of the most healing, beautiful, right and special experiences of my life,” he said.
The singer also thanked her for the affection she received during the shows.
“I wish words were enough to express how much I love you,” he added.
Ariana Grande announces career break
