In a statement, the presenter's office confirmed the hospitalization and informed that she was discharged on the same day. According to the team, Ana Maria is doing well, is now at home and, in principle, will have no changes to her work schedule.
"Ana Maria had these routine exams already scheduled, but she had a commercial action to carry out in the interior. So, she left São Paulo, went to the interior by helicopter, came back, got off at Hospital Beneficência Portuguesa, took the exams and went home", informed the journalist's representatives in a statement to the Metrópolis website.
The team believes that the presenter should normally command 'Mais Você' (Globo) this Monday (3). However, the representatives will still consult the communicator herself about returning to work. Ana Maria Braga resumed the program on June 22, after a vacation period in which she traveled to New York, in the United States, during the 2026 World Cup.
