Lawyer talks about suspect in the death of businessman in Arujá Videos recorded before the murder of businessman Vitor Hugo Fabotti Delgado, aged 31, in Arujá, show exchanges of threats between the victim's brother and the main suspect of the crime. The recordings, released after the homicide, were reportedly made before the attack (see the video above). The main suspect is Vitor's former partner, Wanderson de Lima Macedo, who is on the run. The court ordered his preventive detention, and the Civil Police continue trying to locate him. In the recordings, charges, offenses and threats appear involving Wanderson and the victim's brother, Otávio Fabotti. — "You will now find me in trouble. You have entered into trouble now."

— "It's 'we', dog!"

— "Now you're in trouble, so come. Come find me and now you're in trouble."

— "Where are you? Tell me where you are."

— "Wherever you want." TV Diário tried to contact Otávio Fabotti, the victim's brother and partner of the company, but did not hear back until the last update of this report. According to Wanderson's lawyer, Elton Passos, the videos were recorded before the crime and sent to family members out of fear that the suspect would be killed. "At the time, he made the video and forwarded it to some relatives, even for security reasons, because he said he might die at any moment. Because the people, in addition to not paying his commission, in addition to betraying him and taking him out of the future business, also ordered his death," he stated. The Civil Police are investigating whether this history of disagreements is directly related to the motivation for the murder. The main hypothesis is that the crime was caused by a commercial disagreement involving business carried out in Rio de Janeiro. Wanderson de Lima Macedo appears in video Reproduction / TV Diário According to the lawyer, the conflict began during negotiations to purchase electrical cables with a large amount of copper. He states that the contract was transferred to the victim's company and that, after the first extraction of the material, there were changes in the payment of commissions owed to Wanderson. According to the defense, the initially agreed amount would have been reduced from R$300,000 to R$100,000 and, even after renegotiation, payment was not made. Remember the case Vitor Hugo Fabotti Delgado was shot dead on the afternoon of July 7th inside the recycling company where he worked, in an industrial condominium in Arujá. According to the investigation, Wanderson was received by the victim, the two spoke for around 20 minutes and then the businessman was shot. Vitor was rescued, but died. The investigation was concluded by the Arujá Police Station and forwarded to the Court with a request for preventive detention of the suspect, who remains at large, according to the Public Security Secretariat (SSP).
