One of them approached the drive-in window and asked about the price to rent the space. While the employee responded, the other suspect appeared from behind, armed with a pistol, and announced the robbery. The images show the man demanding the victim's cell phone password. She responds: "Let me unlock it." The suspect then asks if she will react and, shortly after, begins attacking her while she screams for help. The employee is hit by several punches and butts. As the criminal bends down to pick up the pistol, the woman takes the opportunity to move away and throws a basket of fries at him, in an attempt to stop the attacks. According to the police, the man took around R$345 reais and the victim's backpack. After the crime, the two suspects fled on bicycles. The victim was rescued by the Integrated Emergency Trauma Care Service (Siate) and taken to the Hospital do Trabalhador. She was discharged and is recovering at home. The owner of the establishment informed RPC, a TV Globo affiliate in Paraná, that the company is providing full support to the employee and stated that the team was shaken by the violence of the attack. He also said he hopes those responsible are identified and held accountable. The Civil Police investigate the case and try to locate the suspects.
