The accident occurred at around 7:25 am, in the north direction of the highway, towards Cabo Frio. According to the Road Policing Command (CPRv), the driver lost control of the steering wheel, hit the central barrier and the vehicle rolled onto the road. Three people were in the truck. One of them was unharmed, another received treatment at the scene and the 64-year-old driver was rescued by the CCR ViaLagos rescue team and taken to the São Pedro da Aldeia Emergency Room with moderate injuries. ? Teams from the concessionaire transferred the dairy load and removed the truck to fully clear the road. The expert was called in, but did not carry out the procedures on site. After the service, the vehicle was under the responsibility of the driver's brother. The case was registered at the 125th Police Station of São Pedro da Aldeia, where the Occurrence Record was made.
