Initially, the teenagers said they had bought the car from José Edson. As the investigation progressed, the DIG gathered images, license plate reading data and information about the vehicle's route. After that, the teenagers were interviewed again and confessed their involvement in the case. "We were able to identify that, in fact, it was one of these teenagers who requested the race via the app. In other words, he has already denied the teenagers' version", said the delegate. We don't know what that's like. As soon as the body is found, it will be sent to the IML, and then the expert will say whether it was thrown alive or not," he said. The initial suspicion is that the death occurred due to strangulation or suffocation, as no signs of blood were found in the car, according to police.
