According to the Urban Mobility Secretariat (STTU), at least 23 streets and avenues are experiencing flooding and 4 are impassable. The National Institute of Meteorology (Inmet) published a new warning of intense rain that will affect 109 municipalities in Rio Grande do Norte this Tuesday (21), including the capital Natal. The warning is valid until 11:59 pm and predicts rainfall of between 20 and 30 mm/h or up to 50 mm per day.
