Vacation rentals in Santos had an increase in daily prices Alberto Marques/Arquivo A Tribuna Jornal A survey carried out by the Regional Council of Real Estate Brokers of the State of São Paulo (Crecisp) showed a 166% increase in the price of apartment rentals during the July holidays in Santos, Guarujá and São Vicente, on the coast of São Paulo, compared to 2025 (check the tables below). According to the balance, carried out by the agency together with 34 real estate agencies on the coast and in the interior of São Paulo, the daily price for properties with two bedrooms in the three cities went from R$480 to R$1,280, registering the highest appreciation in the region. ? In houses, the biggest appreciation was in three-bedroom properties, whose price went from R$1,325 to R$1,800. On the other hand, four-bedroom houses showed a drop of 18.96% in the daily price, which went from R$2,900 to R$2,350. This is because the rental price increased in some properties at the same rate as it decreased in others. Daily rates for two-bedroom houses increased by 66.66%, from R$390 to R$650, while those for four-bedroom properties reached R$1,160 per day. Apartment rentals saw price reductions of between 10% and 20%. Two-bedroom properties, which had daily prices of R$458 last year, went to R$375. See full table: Seasonal rentals - South Coast Behavior According to Crecisp, the survey shows that economic, social and behavioral factors significantly changed the price dynamics compared to the same period in 2025, reflecting the appreciation and price correction.
