Free driver's license: project offers training for new drivers The Mais Motorista Pessoa Pessoa Project 2026 is offering free change of category of the National Driving License (CNH) to categories C, D or E and professional training to work in the transport sector. In addition to paying for the change of driver's license, the initiative also offers specialized professional training, carried out at the Professional Drivers School or in courses approved by Sest Senat. ?
