Expert reports confirmed that the person under investigation carried out an improper and dangerous overtaking, without taking the necessary precautions on the highway, causing the crash that took the lives of the two young people. The completed investigation will be forwarded to the Judiciary and the Public Ministry of Sergipe (MP-SE), which will decide whether to file a criminal complaint.
