The president of the Legislative Assembly, Alliny Serrão, was also unable to take office for electoral reasons. The exchange follows the Constitution of Amapá. The law provides that, in the absence of the governor and deputy, the position must be occupied by the president of the Legislative Assembly. The measure guarantees continuity of administration and allows the government to continue making decisions during the replacement period. The space will be used as the government's institutional headquarters during the Feast of Saint James, which turns 249 this year. The program starts at 4pm, with the arrival of the authorities. At 5pm, there will be a ride to the Palace, followed by the opening ceremony at 6pm. During the party, Palácio Rio Mutuacá will be used for institutional services, the provision of public services and official ceremonies.
