The investigation is conducted by the 70th Public Prosecutor's Office Specializing in the Defense and Protection of Public Assets, under the responsibility of prosecutor Edgard Maia de Albuquerque Rocha. As part of the steps, the MP notified Maurício Mendonça da Silva, legal responsible for the institute at the time of the events.
