Defense of Severino Lawyer Adriano Neves Lopes, who represents Severino, informed that the defense has not yet been formally notified of the complaint offered by the MP-SP. Therefore, he is awaiting full access to the process to present a response to the accusation. "The defense is sensitive to the seriousness of the facts narrated. However, it highlights that the Federal Constitution guarantees every accused person, in criminal proceedings, the right to full defense and contradictory proceedings", stated the lawyer, in a note.
