Activities include sweeping, garbage collection and washing the roads at Arena do Juruá. The ministry explained that on Wednesday (1st) 40 tons of waste were collected. Of the total, 1.5 tons were glass bottles, 1 ton of PET bottles and 36.5 tons of other waste. On Thursday (2), teams collected around 15 tons of waste. Children under 14 cannot enter Expoacre Juruá 2026 unaccompanied. This Friday (3), around 50 cleaning staff collected 20 tons of waste, including 1 ton of glass bottles, 1 ton of plastic bottles and 18 tons of other waste. The total corresponds to 75 tons, which is equivalent to the weight of approximately 60 popular cars. "Our teams work daily before, during and after the end of Expoacre Juruá's activities. The objective is to guarantee a clean, organized and safe environment for everyone who visits the fair, in addition to properly disposing of recyclable materials", highlighted the municipal secretary of Urban Development, Works and Housing, Carlos Alves. Calm police balance According to the Military Police (PM-AC), only two incidents were recorded in the first three days of the fair, both of which refer to the execution of court warrants: one for murder and the other for robbery. "They were really enjoying the party, but with outstanding arrest warrants, one for the crime of murder and the other for robbery, they were arrested by the PM-AC", reinforced the agency. Horse Riding According to the schedule, this Sunday (5) the traditional horse ride will take place. However, there must be some criteria for the participation of minors. Children and adolescents are prohibited from driving motor vehicles, motorcycles, quadricycles, tricycles and the like. The gathering is scheduled for 8 am, in the center of the municipality. The event should bring together delegations and farmers. In addition to the parade, the program features musical performances by Brisa, Ricardo Pinheiro, DJ Alemão and Bruno Barros. Held annually, the cavalcade is one of the most traditional events at Expoacre Juruá and usually attracts a large audience. The fair has a security system made up of 240 agents, 150 police officers and 90 private security guards and a call center for police emergencies. Over the six days of programming, the fair also hosts performances by Tierry, Ícaro and Gilmar, Leonardo, the band Morada and Father Fábio de Melo.
