The head delegate of the DRFVC, Reinaldo Nóbrega de Almeida Júnior, stated that each refund has a direct impact on the victims. "Each vehicle returned represents the recovery of a family's assets. Furthermore, this work directly contributes to combating illegal reception and weakening criminal organizations that operate in this type of criminal practice", he highlighted. Part of the work received technical support from the Scientific Police Institute of Paraíba (IPC), responsible for expert examinations that allow vehicles with tampered signs to be identified and the original identification to be reestablished.
