Entrepreneurs who participated in the Prepare Gastronomia program will sell exclusive dishes developed during the Sebrae project consultancy/Disclosure The municipality of Manga, in the North of Minas, will host this Friday and Saturday the 4th edition of the Cultural and Gastronomic Festival, which will showcase the city's gastronomic tradition and cultural identity. The event is the result of a partnership between Sebrae Minas and Manga City Hall to strengthen small businesses in the food sector. Ten entrepreneurs in the segment, who participated in the Prepara Gastronomia program — a Sebrae initiative that offers training and specialized consultancy to boost the gastronomic sector — will sell dishes with exclusive recipes developed during the program's consultancies. The event contributes to the generation of opportunities, income and sustainable development", said Sebrae Minas analyst, Aline Magalhães, in a note sent to the press. In the space, a chef will prepare a dish live, demonstrating all stages of the recipe, from selecting the ingredients to finishing and presenting the dish.
