The vehicle was found abandoned and damaged in the Orleans Ji-Paraná I neighborhood, after hitting the curb. According to the police report, the police located the car on Tuesday (7). After consulting the vehicle's data, the police found the owner's address and went to the location. The victim said that he had spent the night at Expojipa and consumed alcoholic drinks. According to the report, at the scene, two men approached him, greeted him and then forced him to get into the back seat of his own car. During the kidnapping, he was attacked with punches and slaps while the criminals demanded his cell phone and money. According to the victim, the suspects said they were going to kill him. In a moment of distraction from the criminals, he managed to open the car door and jumped out of the vehicle, which was still moving. After the victim fled, the suspects lost control of the wheel, crashed the car into the curb, abandoned the vehicle and fled on foot. The Military Police searched the region and had access to security camera images provided by residents. One of the suspects was identified, but has not yet been located.
