Man is shot dead during a birthday celebration in Petrolina Disclosure A 60-year-old man was shot dead this Thursday afternoon (16), at Residencial Novo Tempo 5, in Petrolina, in the Sertão of Pernambuco. The victim, known as Paulo Cigano, was celebrating his birthday with family and friends when two men arrived at the scene on a motorcycle. The pillion man got out of the vehicle and fired shots. The man was taken to an Emergency Care Unit (UPA), but he did not survive his injuries. The body was sent to the Institute of Legal Medicine (IML) in Petrolina. The motorcycle used by the suspects was found abandoned in a savanna area, a few kilometers from the murder site.
