After the disagreement, the man allegedly chased the motorcyclist through the streets of the neighborhood. According to the investigation, during the chase, the suspect hit the motorcycle with the car he was driving, causing the victim to fall, who died from his injuries. After serving the arrest warrant, the suspect was taken to the Civil Police station, where he remains at the disposal of the Court and must be charged with murder.
