According to the text, it is necessary to: Observe the standards of the energy distributor and the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards (ABNT); Hire a qualified professional to perform the service and issue the Technical Responsibility Note (ART) or the Technical Responsibility Record (RRT); Observe fire and panic safety standards issued by the State Fire Department; Communicate formally and in advance to the building administration, with the relevant technical documentation; Adopt criteria to identify and individually measure the electrical energy consumption of the charging station, when technically feasible. The law also says that additional requirements may be established by internal rules of the condominiums.
