Possible symptoms include: nausea and vomiting; diarrhea; tremors and muscle weakness; cardiac changes; difficulty breathing. In more serious cases, the substance can cause paralysis of the respiratory muscles and lead to death. The product is authorized for agricultural use in Brazil and is considered by the World Health Organization (WHO) to be a highly dangerous pesticide. The result of the examination was communicated to delegates Rodrigo Cavalcante and Carlos Melro, responsible for continuing the investigations.
