According to the investigations, Ana Carolina Costa Lopes and Thalison Marcio Mendes Lopes, who until recently were beneficiaries of the Government's social program Federal, began to present, after the beginning of the exploration of gambling, a financial transaction incompatible with the declared income. In a short period of time, the amount moved reached R$12,514,283. The investigations indicate that there was a division of functions between those investigated. According to the police, Ana Carolina was responsible for disseminating and promoting illegal platforms among her followers on social media, while Thalison concentrated and managed the resources obtained from illicit activity.
