The tool allows you to schedule appointments, access test results, including viewing images directly on your cell phone, and start care before even arriving at the institution. Created in 2025, the application is available free of charge for Android and iOS and was developed with a focus on patient convenience. With just a few clicks, it is possible to book appointments in the available specialties, without the need for a phone call or trip to the hospital. The results of exams carried out at the institution are also available on the application, with reports and images stored securely and accessible at any time. One of the great differences of the tool is the possibility of starting the service at home. The patient can describe their symptoms directly through the application, allowing the medical team to access the information even before arriving at the unit. When you arrive at the hospital, simply check in on your cell phone to be directed to the nursing team. The entire process is monitored by a hoster, a professional trained to welcome, guide and accompany the patient during the service. "We developed the application thinking about facilitating the patient's journey, reducing bureaucracy and promoting more autonomy. We believe that technology should be at the service of care, providing more comfort, agility and security for those seeking our services", he highlights.
